“Disraeli Gears” by Cream - album review
features in: Album Chart of 1967 ● Album Chart of the Decade: 1960s ● 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die |
A decent first half opens with the two big hits, “Strange Brew” and “Sunshine Of Your Love”, and improves again with the moody psychedelic rocker “Dance The Night Away” and the blues-rock drag of “Blue Condition”. Things fall apart for me in the second half as they jam rock into oblivion.
