TJR says

n.b. Borderline year of release, variously reported between December 1966 and February 1967. I can find no concrete evidence either way, although the catalogue sequence favours 1967. Notables in the 1966 camp are Discogs, Stefan Wirz and Both Sides Now Publications. RYM and Second Hand Songs both list February 1967.
