TJR says

The 24-year-old producer Harry Johnson was riding the wave of success at home and abroad by the tail end of the 60s, the awesome “Liquidator” breaking the actual Top 10 in the UK singles chart - new ground for an instrumental reggae tune. Winston Wright's choppy organ was at the core of the sound of Harry J's All Stars, and this plays a central role on their sole LP which, unfortunately, veers from the sublime to the ridiculous, the Butlins-reggae of “My Cherie Amour” being a particularly heavy cross to bear.
