“Sings Assorted Sounds” by Jerry Butler - album review

TJR says

Notable for housing Jerry’s last million seller, the pathetic warbling warblers ballad “Ain’t Understanding Mellow”, co-sung with Brenda Lee Eager (although she isn’t co-billed on the album). The bass players got some kinda natty touches… but he’s wasted on this tripe.
