 19-Oct-2018 Correct @ last verified date. The group were originally called Halfnelson and released their self-titled debut LP in 1971. They changed their name to Sparks and the Halfnelson LP was re-issued and re-billed in July 1972 as Sparks self-titled debut (not having it). In 2015, the FFS moniker represents the collaboration between members of Franz Ferdinand and Sparks, and, with the nod to the names of both groups being so obvious, can, in my opinion, be seen as an entry in the catalogue of both. |
