The Torero Band were a "sound-alike" group of studio musicians who could reproduce the Herb Alpert "Tijuana" sound at the drop of a hat. As such they were used by MFP (Music for Pleasure) to create albums that had that Tijuans sound but could be bought for MFP’s usual price of 99p.
